Gestion Clara provides professional accounting support, including bookkeeping, tax preparation, and advisory packages. Each service is described in detail at the point of purchase.

3. Info Products

Info products include digital guides, templates, and online courses. Upon purchase, you will receive access credentials or digital files for personal use only.

4. Goods

Physical materials such as printed guides and stationery will be shipped to the address provided. Title and risk pass to you upon shipment.

5. Refund Policy

We offer the following refund terms for different offering types.

5.1 Services

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, a full refund will be issued. You may also opt to reschedule the service once at no extra charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund due to preparatory efforts and resource allocation. Refunds are processed via the original method of payment within 14 business days of approval.

5.2 Info Products

Due to the immediate availability of digital content, all purchases of info products are final. No refunds will be granted once access credentials have been provided, to maintain content integrity and copyright protection.

5.3 Goods

If goods arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund or replacement. Returned items must be in original packaging. Refunds are processed via the original method of payment within 14 business days of receipt. For non-defective returns, a restocking fee of 10% applies and shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. Changes to Terms

Gestion Clara may update these terms at any time. Revised terms will be posted on gestionclarup.com. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gestion Clara's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service, info product, or good. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
